**Qualification criteria**
- University degree, preferably in HR or Business-related field (master's degree preferred)
- 7+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years oexperience from international companies
- 5+ years of experience from leading and delivering HR projects
- 3+ years of experience from dealing with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in English

**Main purpose of the job**
As part of the Global Headquarters for Asahi Global Procurement, the HR Programs and Projects Lead will design, manage, and execute high-impact HR initiatives focused on Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) in collaboration with Procurement leadership teams, regional HR team as well as Asahi Group HR. This role supports both the global business function (Asahi Global Procurement) and the global office, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategy and long-term objectives.
**Accountabilities and deliverables**
1. **Project Leadership**:
- Plan, structure, and implement HR projects using established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), adapting them to a global context. Develop clear project scopes, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders. Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and adapt project plans to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
2. **Global alignment**:
- For dedicated projects, serve as the primary liaison between HR, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to drive project success and secure buy-in at the global and regional levels. Engage with regional HR and Procurement teams to gather local requirements, understand cultural nuances, and ensure alignment with overarching global initiatives.
3. **Stakeholder management**:
- Align with senior stakeholders (e.g., executive leadership) by providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations to maintain visibility and support. Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns, effectively managing expectations and fostering strong, productive relationships.
4. **HR project and programs**:
- Lead the design and implementation of talent initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development, specifically tailored for Asahi Global Procurement. Partner with regional HR Business Partners to identify and nurture high-potential employees, creating development plans that support both individual growth and business needs. Track and analyze talent metrics to gauge the effectiveness of programs and recommend continuous improvements.
5. **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track and assess the impact of global HR initiatives across Talent Management, L&D, and C&B, using both quantitative and qualitative data. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting project performance and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data integrity and adherence to data privacy regulations in all regions. Champion a culture of learning, collaboration, and adaptability, ensuring the HR function remains agile and future-focused.
