SATS Asia-Pacific Star Pte Ltd (subsidiary of SATS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SATS, provides both Ground Handling and Inflight Catering Services to the Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) in Singapore. **Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain effective working relationships with airlines, local authorities, service providers and staff.
- Adequate and optimal manning level and GSEs to handle the departure flights loading activities efficiently.
- Staff’s familiarity to various airlines’ varying requirements.
- Compliance to departure flight handling precision timing.
- Proper segregation of different types of deadload with the principle of ‘first in, last out ‘ or ‘last in, first out’ in loading sequence with cargo being loaded first and baggage on the doorside in accordance to the Loading Instruction Report.
- Physical check of the baggage and cargo labels to ensure correct flight number and destination meant for the flight handled.
- On-time delivery of baggage and cargo in accordance to precision timings.
- Monitor and ensure smooth handling of arrival and departure flights.
- No security violation and safe travelling for the passengers on board.
- Oversee all staff matters at operation level, such as MCs, last minute leave, recall OT etc.
- Ensure staff discipline at operations such as initiating of DIs etc.

**Key Requirements**
- Degree and above, graduate in any discipline
- At least 2 years and above in direct aviation operational experience
- Some people management experience is preferred
- Sound aviation/ground handling operational experience
- Good people management skills
