**About the Department**:
The **Global Market** function leverages our in-depth knowledge of markets to provide timely financial advice, products and solutions to our clients. Together with our segment managers, we manage our clients’ investment, liability and risk management needs through a comprehensive suite of treasury products and services across multiple asset classes.

**Responsibilities**:

- The role on the Financial Institutions Sales desk entails marketing and execution of FX, interest rate derivatives, structured solutions, government bonds and fixed income products to the financial institutions segment.
- To drive revenue targets of the business by expanding the financial institutions franchise for the bank through new client acquisition and deepening of existing client relationships.
- Beyond the Singapore market, collaboration will be expected with overseas counterparts across the bank’s foot print/gateway markets.
- Maintain relationships and value add to clients through advisory, regular dialogue and market color.
- Work with dealing room partners such as structuring in building client solutions and the trading desks in marketing axes.
- Establish dealing documentation and limits with clients jointly with relationship managers and documentation teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- A good degree with 8-10 years of experience in financial markets and an established FI customer network.
- Strong work ethics, exceptional analytical ability, and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English is a basic requirement with any other language abilities an advantage.
