We are seeking an exceptional Vice President to grow our NBFI coverage in Singapore. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our NBFI strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our market presence. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Coverage:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive NBFI coverage strategy aligned with our corporate banking goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships.
- Work closely with the Institutional Investors sector coverage team, as well as other product and sector coverage partners.
- Client Engagement and Business Development:

- Provide tailored financial solutions and advisory services for businesses such as financing, debt capital markets, hedging, cash clearing, trade and treasury
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NBFI sector.
- Originate deals, negotiate terms, and structure transactions.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives across our product lines.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or economics
- Minimum 6 years of experience with a track record in either:

- NBFI coverage, deal origination, and relationship management
- Global Markets/Capital Markets providing solutions to Insurers and Asset Managers
- A role within an NBFI that encompasses Financing, Risk Management or Investment
- Experience in financing, capital markets and hedging
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
