Senior Vice President/First Vice President (Corporate Banking)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Corporate Loan business (both syndicated & bilateral loans) in the Southeast Asia region, targeting new Korean & non-Korean Corporate Clients
- Maintain strong relationship with international, regional & local commercial banks to ensure good client service
- Review credit documentation (in Korean) to meet Korean regulator's requirements
- Review client due diligence & financial analysis
- Keep abreast of international lending markets & banking activities to understand & anticipate trends, with particular focus on Southeast Asia region
- Proactively share market information with colleagues in our Head Office & overseas branches on regular basis (in both English & Korean)
- Prepare regular & ad-hoc management reports (in Korean) for Head Office
- Mentor a team of associate relationship managers to meet the department's business goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related disciplines & /or Professional Qualifications such as CFA, CPA
- Good experience in Financial Modelling & performing KYC on corporate clients
- Prior supervisory experience in the Corporate Banking environment. Able to guide and mentor associate relationship managers
- Business level proficiency in written & verbal English & Korean is required to communicate with Korean Clients, Head Office, Singapore Branch & Overseas Branches. This includes reading, writing/typing, presenting & answering queries on credit loan or market research related documents or Head Office's questionaire/data request.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong team player as a part of our Cross-Border Team in Head Office & our Corporate Banking Team in Singapore branch
- Willing to be flexible & work outside business hours as required, in order to accommodate multiple time zones
