We are seeking a **Business Development Manager**to join our Regional Sales team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, while collaborating with our recruitment team to deliver the full suite of solutions to clients. This position offers the autonomy to drive your success and the support needed to excel in a competitive and rewarding environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and successfully closing contracts.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across target sectors, leveraging expertise in delivering tailored solutions and services.
- Qualify client requirements and provide tailored IT contracting solutions to address their challenges effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Minimum 3 **+ years in sales**, preferably in any of these such as government sector / IT Services/recruitment firms/ Consulting firms / System Integrators, with demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
- Good grasp of the technology market and tech recruitment processes.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research and networking.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Preferably someone who has experience with handling government contracts / tender proposals / and is familiar with the employment landscape
