**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Undertaking research and market studies in various business areas of the bank, learning from, drawing on and transmitting experiences on business innovation.

2. Following the development direction of science and technology strategy of the Head Office and the branches of the Bank, focusing on strategic tasks and priorities, making proposals on innovation and R&D, and coordinating the head branch's technical lines to carry out innovative R&D jointly.

3. Exploring innovation needs, identifying innovation priorities, and putting forward proposals on innovative projects; emphasize on innovation requirements/projects in AML business, carry out the innovation work on AML research topic proposed by the Head Office and Branch.

4. Analyzing the needs of innovative projects, organizing and formulating R&D plans together with technical managers, and driving the implementation, piloting and promotion of innovative R&D projects from a business perspective.

5. Responsible for selection of partners and liaison work, promoting cooperation between local government, regulatory, peers and industries, academic and research institutions, as well as building and expanding the innovation ecosystem.

6. Providing assistance in promotion campaigns for innovative products and the other activities; and

7. Undertaking training, talent cultivation and the other related work in the Base.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree with at least 5 years working experience.

3. Ability to plan digital transformation, with in-depth research on digital transformation trends and methods of multinational banking groups and familiar with relevant cases; able to formulate and promote the planning and construction of innovation ecosystem according to the trend of Fintech innovation.

4. rules and procedure etc, could carry out market investigation in AML fields, and put forward innovation ideas in AML perspective.

5. Strong written summary and communication skills in both Chinese and English，and capable of reading and preparing information materials on financial technology.
