
Customer Success Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Participating in renewal contract structure, ensuring high levels of customer retention.
- Accurately entry, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in CRM
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales Team
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable of Enterprise and/or Mid-Market account management and customer adoption experience, with a focus on revenue retention and renewals within an existing install base.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer management skills (including sales, account management, customer service)
- Additional language skills would be beneficial but not essential.
Training will be provided
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
