Singapore POLAR PUFFS & CAKES PTE LTD Full time

**Job Description**:

- Lead a team of logistics staff & drivers to run the daily operations
- Ensure prompt issues of goods for delivery to Polar outlets, B2B, E-Commerce and Corporate customer
- Ensure incoming goods receive are in good condition, correct quantity
- Resolve daily issues on deliveries, product damage, payments and service failure
- Continuously review, plan, evaluate, distribution activities, work method simplification and throughput efficiencies
- Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the department
- Maintain best operating standards and provide superb services at all time
- Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns or missed orders by driving a replacement vehicle or urgent deliveries from the factory to ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- Assist in transporting goods, equipment, or personnel when necessary, ensuring smooth logistics operations without delays due to driver shortages.
- Other assignments may be required by immediate superior

Job Requirements:

- Minimum ITE or Diploma in any related discipline.
- Min. 1 year experience in related field, preferably in F&B industry
- Possess positive attitude and initiative
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well as a team
- Possess good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Class 3 Driving License preferred
