We are looking for a **Content Editor** to support a growing communications team at GroupM Asia Pacific. This position supports GroupM Nexus - the world’s largest global performance organisation that is redefining the next era of technology-enabled media.

This is a highly exciting role with direct exposure to the most innovative media practices across various remits including eCommerce, Social, Programmatic, Search, and more. You will be involved in organisational brand building and storytelling by planning a holistic communications and content calendar. This includes securing speaking opportunities and interviews, creating marketing materials, managing digital platforms, and curating thought leadership content.

You will also work closely with the marketing team to implement impactful campaigns as well as roll out internal communications plans to further scale the business and drive operational excellence.

**REPORTING OF THE ROLE**:
This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Comms, APAC and Head of GroupM Nexus, APAC

As our** Content Editor**, you will:

- Manage a content calendar which includes proactively curating thought leadership content, editing white papers, as well as drafting press and marketing materials.
- Steer internal communications and develop content that will foster a strong culture, as well as inspire excitement and engagement with our technology, products and solutions
- Support marketing teams in developing content for campaigns to scale the growth of our practices
- Help implement publicity plans including identifying storylines, proactive storytelling and potential press pitching
- Strengthen the visibility and understanding of GroupM’s mission to be responsible for the next era of media where advertising works better for people.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a journalism background is of key advantage
- Experience in content curation and organizing speaking engagements/panels
- Minimum 8-10 years of related work experience
- High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position marketing communications discussions at both the strategic and tactical levels.
- A strong track record as an implementer who thrives on managing a variety of key initiatives concurrently and has pride in detail
- Passionate about launching new products and cultivating brands
- Affinity with the idea of making advertising work better for people
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint
