**Responsibilities**:
As a Sourcing Manager your portfolio will include sourcing in various functions including facilities and MRO and indirect spend related categories, liaising with current / new suppliers for operation purpose. Key scope includes (not limited to) construction/expansion activities, tool hookups, service contracts, Facilities CAPEX projects.
- Appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities
- Develop and execute of sourcing strategies
- Management of strategic supplier relationship
- Contract management
- Management of supplier's performance to assure best quality at best total cost of ownership
- Recommend and liaise with potential suppliers for project / product development and negotiation.
- Work closely with cross functional team to consolidate supplier assessment and undergo vendor selection process via a scoring matrix template to ensure the best bid among participated vendors
- PR and PO administrative duties including payment follow ups
- Ensure adherence to Procurement sourcing policies
- Work with suppliers on ETD / ETA
- Manage deliveries with overseas suppliers and 3rd party logistics companies
- Initiate RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, scope of works to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate supplier reliability
- Maintain cost modelling database
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to qualify alternative sources for supply / service assurance
- Review new vendor registration request
- Filing and processing of necessary paperwork for every requisition with accordance to company guidelines
- Other ad-hoc administrative support duties regarding products and procurement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of global supplier management, procurement of contract and sourcing
- Good communication skills as required to work with various stakeholders and suppliers
- Specialized in capital purchase in facilities, spares, indirect categories.
- Working knowledge in SAP will be preferred
