Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Manage end-to-end procurement for technology-related goods and services, including collaboration with user departments to define technical and business requirements.
  • Evaluation and Negotiation: Conduct evaluation of proposals and lead negotiations to secure sound agreements that clearly articulate deliverables, obligations, and risk provisions.
  • Contract Management: Draft contracts that meet organizational needs and cultivate effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of procurement processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree with 2–3 years' of procurement experience.
  • A strong grasp of strategic sourcing, tendering procedures, and contract drafting.
  • Confidence in negotiation and communication.
  • Self-motivation and resourcefulness.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement tools.
