As a Senior Technical SEO Specialist, you are a highly technical and results-driven Web and App SEO expert. You have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, as well as a strong technical background/understanding of website and mobile app development.

Reporting to the
**Director of Growth, Central Growth**; you will drive an outcome-driven approach to SEO and ensure that our SEO strategy and execution is best in class.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO and ASO audits for our website and mobile apps to identify and resolve any technical issues affecting search engine visibility and app store ranking
- Develop and implement custom SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and rankings for our websites and mobile apps
- Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to implement technical SEO best practices
- Monitor and analyze a website and mobile app performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations
- Ensure that website and mobile app content is optimized for both search engines and users, using data-driven insights and best practices
- Implement effective ASO strategies for mobile apps, including keyword research and optimization, app metadata optimization, app store optimization best practices, and more
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and ASO best practices and industry developments, and continuously refine and improve strategies
- Regularly provide detailed performance reporting and analysis, and make data-driven recommendations for SEO interventions

**Must-haves**:

- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO and ASO, with a proven track record of increasing organic search visibility and rankings for websites and mobile apps
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors for websites and mobile apps
- Strong technical background in website and mobile app development
- Experience with SEO and ASO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screamingfrog
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, and ability to use data to inform and drive optimization strategies
- Fluency in English, with impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Superior internal & external communication & cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Good time management with an eye for perfection & a strong operational background

**Good to have**:

- Prior experience in the tech, travel, or telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA-related technologies and services
