
Personal Assistant to Manager

To assist Manager with recruitment ads and arrange for interviews.
- To support a lean team of financial advisors with admin matters including making enquiry calls to customer service.
- To take minutes for weekly meetings.
- To create content for social media posts on finance and wealth management.
Prior experience in financial advisory firm is preferred but not compulsory.
Training will be provided. Positive attitude and willing to learn. Required to work in office on weekdays from 10am-4pm. Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
