Our client is a trusted local provider of integrated communications and smart building technology solutions. As they expand their project pipeline, they are looking to bring on board a capable and motivated **Site Supervisor** to lead their on-site operations.

As a **Site Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site project execution, managing installation teams, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders. This role requires hands-on supervision and strong technical understanding, particularly in the area of **Building Management Systems (BMS)**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to system installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless site execution.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BMS schematics.
- Monitor project progress, track site work schedules, and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and site requirements.
- Prepare and maintain proper site documentation including daily reports and safety records.
- Support integration, troubleshooting, and handover of BMS and related systems.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in site supervision within the communications, M&E, or smart building industry.
- Working knowledge or hands-on experience with **Building Management Systems (BMS)** is **highly preferred**.
- Good understanding of site coordination, project workflows, and system installations.
- Ability to lead and manage site teams independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices in Singapore.
- Certification in CSOC or relevant safety courses is a plus.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
