**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. To supervise, lead and manage project team to execute works according to requirement

2. Site planning, coordination with workers/subcontractors, scheduling and technical support to Project Manager

3. Regular monitoring of project progress to ensure works are on time and in accordance to time line, rules and regulations

4. Liaising with Main/ Sub-Contractor and attend site meetings

5. Able to interpret drawings, identifies resources requirement, calculation of site materials, cost control and prepare quotation

6. Able to work in MRTs, tunnels, vessels, oil rigs etc when required

7. Able to work in customers' premises and travel overseas on job assignment when required

8. Able to work overtime and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required

9. Able to perform Standby duty to attend to customers' sites during and after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required

10. Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment

11. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

12. Understand and adhere to health & safety policies and ensure quality of workmanship is maintained at all times to the highest possible standards

**Education Level**

1. ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Structural, Construction Management or equivalent

2. Diploma in structural steel works or equivalent

**Experience/Technical Skills**

1. Minimum 3 years of related working experience

2. Understand IT networking infrastructure and hardware

3. Understand structured, fiber and power cabling

5. Class 3 driving license

6. Experience with track records in LTA, SMRT, SBST MRTs, roads and tunnel projects will be an advantage

7. Certification such as Confined Space Safety Assessor, Work-at-Height for Supervisor, Scaffolding for Supervisor will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
