**Civil Construction Site Engineer**

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision**: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out safely, on schedule, and according to specifications.
- **Project Coordination**: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to align site activities with project goals.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect materials, workmanship, and methods to meet project quality standards and compliance (e.g., BCA, LTA standards).
- **Safety Management**: Enforce site safety procedures in line with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- **Technical Support**: Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and solve site technical issues.
- **Progress Reporting**: Monitor project timelines, submit site reports, update progress schedules, and flag any potential delays.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize site operations.

**Key Activities**:

- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
- Review and verify method statements and risk assessments.
- Submit inspection requests (IR) and work with RE/RTO for approval.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material ordering.
- Track and record site progress for claims and billing purposes.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and legal requirements.
- Manage site diaries, checklists, and inspection records.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
- Recognized by Singapore PEBoard.\\.
- BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) is a plus.
- Obtain RTO cert is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years of relevant site work experience in infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of construction methods and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiar with Singapore construction regulations (e.g., BCA submission processes, WSH Act)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
