**Position**:
We are looking for a Logistics intern to join our team

**Job responsibilities**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Handling of Inbound shipments for all mode of transports.**:

- **Ensure all inbound shipments are in compliance with the customs regulatory requirement.**:

- **Identify and rectify any issues raised during inbound shipping documentation.**:

- **Application for CITES Stock Card, Pre-signed, Cancellation and Renewal of CITES Permit.**:

- **Inventory Management on SAP system (relating to ATA Carnets for Events).**:

- **Support in shipping documents retrieval for Events/ATA Carnets.**:

- **Liaison with country logistics and Local Warehouse Team.**

**Profile**:
**Employment Type and Profile**

**Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July to December 2025**

**The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. Experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.**

**An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity.**
