Logistics Operations Specialist ">">

The Logistics Operations Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring seamless logistical operations for our international sourcing company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams across China and Hong Kong, and providing exceptional support to our logistics and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including records of client communication and internal coordination ">
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistical operations and meet deadlines ">
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors to provide excellent customer service and drive business growth ">

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field ">
  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative or logistics support experience preferred ">
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written) for international communication ">
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) (spoken and written) to coordinate with Chinese-speaking team members and vendors ">
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ">
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and efficient under pressure ">
  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment ">
