Job Role: International Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of International Logistics Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all types of customs import and outward permits, preparing export documentation, and providing air import quotations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customs import and outward permits, including preparation of export documentations.
  • Interface with multiple parties on shipment requirements and information.
  • Check overseas and provide air import quotations.
  • Provide customer service and have customer-centric aptitude.
  • Handle pre-alert documents from overseas counterparts.
  • Arrange air shipment for import clearance and delivery.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangement with suppliers and vendors.
  • Generate billing invoices and meet internal and external cut-off times.
  • Actively track and monitor shipments and update customers accordingly.
  • Comply with local regulations and internal procedures.
  • Process import and export permit declarations using Tradenet.
  • Receive job orders and prepare required documents for submission.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experience in freight and logistics sales/operations/customer service.
  • Good understanding of Incoterms.
  • Possessed Certificate in Tradenet.
  • Knowledge of permit declaration.
