**Position Overview**This role will be responsible for leading a team of regional Channel marketers, collaborating closely with (APJ) Sales leadership to ensure their Region is meeting and exceeding expectations. This person will play a key role in advancing our Channel program, balancing the needs of top tier partners and initiatives while building a model that scales for our rapidly growing partner ecosystem. This role requires strong planning and execution skills and an ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging both internal stakeholders and partners to deliver results. Be a trusted partner for sales, finance, customer success, legal, and marketing teams to generate buy-in and accelerate company-wide results. Collaborate with the demand generation and digital marketing teams to execute partner and product marketing plans that achieve pipeline goals. This role will work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of the Channel enough to be a strong innovator, results-oriented, and able to use data for decision making. This position reports to the Global Channel Marketing Director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regional Alignment and Governance of global Channel marketing program
- Responsible for MDF Compliance per guidelines, rules and Regulations
- Manage a high performing Channel Marketing team to drive strategic value and develop knowledge and skills necessary for success
- Design and implement metrics to measure business growth, partner effectiveness, and ROI
- Partner campaign/asset coordination with industry marketing
- Annual and Quarterly Regional Planning and Reviews
- Strong connections with channel sales and local marketing teams
- GEO/Country - Budget Management, Performance Analysis (POP/ROI), Compliance Audits, and Gap Analysis
- Communication and Training
- Management of regional Channel marketing team

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing
- 5+ years in corporate marketing, with at least 3 working in a channel marketing team, channel partner, or distributor
- Team management experience, including recruiting a team
- Experience preparing quarterly and yearly marketing plan
- Measurable success in driving partner business and engagement
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams, and is adaptable to changing priorities
- Proven ability to effectively develop and implement channel programs/procedures as needed
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills to build compelling business cases in order to win internal and external support for marketing initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
- Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results
- Excellent program/project management skills
- Experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a channel marketing setting
- Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly
- Travel is required 25% of time
