**Job Details**

**What you will do**:
The Operations Analyst intern is responsible for coordinating the Net Promoter Score program and supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Risk Management process in APAC. The intern will report to the Quality and Fulfilment Leader for APAC and support the APAC Program Managers and regional representatives to ensure governance, draw insights from data, develop actions and synthesize takeaways. The intern will have exposure to the mechanics of a supply chain with opportunities to problem solve and be creative.

**How you will do it**:

- Support the Program Managers in coordinating with regional representatives
- Gather cross-functional insights and develop analysis to support decision-making
- Synthesize key insights and takeaways to develop actions
- Be part of the governance structure in APAC to ensure processes are standardized and standardized processes are being followed
- Learn and explore the different functions in a Supply Chain & Operations and Risk program and how each function interacts with each other
- Participate in reviews, problem solving and process improvement discussions

Work as part of a team of design and engineering and ops staff

**What we look for**:

- Pursuing a degree in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering), business, data science & analytics, supply chain
- Strong Interest in business processes, supply chain, risk management and problem solving
- Resilient, a can-do attitude
- Ability to analyse data in clear, organized format, synthesize and communicate takeaways
- Good interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and driven to regularly follow up with loose ends

**Learning Outcome at the end of internship**:
The intern will be able to learn more about Supply Chain & Operations planning, risk management and broadly about supply chain and problem solving. The intern is able to sharpen presentation, verbal / and written communication skills, along with opportunities to connect and communicate with mid-senior level leaders across the organization.
