***Essential skills / expertise***:

- Penultimate year student in a reputed university, with permission to work in Singapore
- On track to achieve a minimum grade of 2:1, Second Upper, Magna Cum Lauda (or its equivalence) from a reputable university in a relevant field including economics, development economics, data science, business, political science, public policy, and international relations
- Evident interest in economics, public policy and business strategy
- Demonstrated passion to work in consulting
- Strong understanding of major issues in economics, public policy, and business
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong problem-solving ability, written and verbal communication, and be comfortable with quantitative methods
- Leadership potential, as demonstrated through work experience or extracurricular activities
***Desirable skills / expertise***:

- Undergraduate Bachelor’s in economics or business
- Other degrees (e.g. public policy, law, data science) may be considered if clear passion for economics is demonstrated
- Relevant work experience
