**Responsibilities:

- To have ownership of projects and to ensure that all your work is on brief.
- To deliver the later design stages at a high creative standard in an effective and cost-efficient manner at all times.
- To liaise regularly with Client Service and Production leads to ensure the later design stages are set to the correct technical specifications and cutter guides prior to starting the project.
- To liaise regularly with the Production team to ensure that the finalized design route is achievable in print.
- In liaison with the production team enforce the design freeze.
- To proactively manage the design stages that relate to the large rollout of SKUs, keeping the creative lead and client servicing updated on the status of the project at all times.
- To attend photographic and illustration briefing meetings when necessitated by project complexity.
- To attend internal pre-production meetings for your projects.
- To ensure that a high level of attention to detail is maintained by yourself and by the more junior members of the team.
- To mentor and support junior members of the team to ensure they can develop and learn.
- To help with the managing of freelancers and external resources that might be utilized to support your work streams.
- To work with enthusiasm, passion, and commitment.

**_Financial management

- Provide input to budgets and timescales at the outset of the project/ phase of work.
- Be responsible for the efficient management of the design budget for all your projects at all stages.

**Reporting and communication structure:
- The Senior Implementation Designer reports to the team’s Executive Creative Director and communicates with the design and client servicing team assigned to the project.
- Regular liaison with the artwork team and the Production Project Managers to ensure a smooth transition from design to artwork.
