Business Development Executive

**Job description**:
- Identifies business opportunities, build customer relationship, negotiates and close business deals.
- Managing public relations with clients, suppliers and property consultancy firms.
Handling on-site management independently, addressing clients’ expectations and managing meeting with clients.
- Responsible for price quotation submission, project budgeting and negotiation with clients.
- Attend and co-ordinate with client, other trade consultant meetings & integrate as an interfacing and to disseminate for construction.
- Manage and negotiate contractual matters including contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Control and monitoring of project costing to meet within budget.
- Leading a team of Designers and Operation team from design stage to construction.
- Review of construction drawings to ensure the project manager delivers on time and in acceptable quality.
- Review of construction drawings and translate to factory supervisor for construction.
- Working closely with the Project Team to review design, layout plan and all other engineering requirements for site construction.
- Overseeing the smooth running of existing projects and directing all staff to ensure clients’ deliverables, timeline and budgets are met.
- Ensure PM exercises safety control and safe work implementation at site.
- Manage periodic progressive reports and provide professional consultations / recommendations to clients.
- Implemented post-sales enhancement process to improve on clients’ feedback.
