**Retail Operations Staff & GNC Products Advisor - Internship / Full Time**

**POSITION**: Retail Operations Staff & GNC Products Advisor

**LOCATION**: Various outlets within island (The outline will be assigned after interview)

**RETAIL OPERATIONS STAFF & GNC ADVISOR**:
GNC Products Advisor Duties:

- Drive Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell GNC health and wellness products, aiming to exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Attend to customers' enquiries, providing expert advice on GNC products to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest GNC products and supplements to effectively assist and persuade customers.
- Merchandising and Display: Manage in-store merchandising and displays for GNC products to attract and engage customers.
- Stock Management: Participate in routine stock takes to minimise shrinkage, ensure stock accuracy, and identify high-demand GNC products.
- Housekeeping: Maintain counter cleanliness and hygiene for an inviting shopping environment.
- Operational Duties:

- Assist in preparing for store promotion set up and layout during weekly / monthly promotion changeover
- Check that all goods charged to the store are received in good conditions
- Check all invoices carefully to ensure that quantity, retail pricing and product coding are correct
- Maintaining of stock level in relations to sales and stocks loss
- Perform cashiering duties and plus/up selling on selected products
- Assist in ensuring operations runs smoothly at the store, training, and guidance of new and/or non-management personnel.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Currently be final semester and studying in business, marketing, retail or other related fields.
- Willing to undertake minimum** 6 Months**Industrial Training Program.
- Sales-driven oriented and be able to achieve the sales KPI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive sales approach.
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness products and the ability to convey this convincingly to customers is an advantage.
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Experience as a promoter, with prior experience in promoting health products being an advantage.
- Willing to undertake weekend and public holiday shifts.
