**Responsibilities**:

- Hands-on complex investigation tickets submitted by NOGO team on production failure or customer failure.
- Identify the root cause of the failure (down to component level) and provide written report as a record for future reference.
- Provide guidance and technical support to production NOGO team on failure investigation/troubleshooting.
- Share investigation/troubleshooting best practices with NOGO team.
- Attend to daily briefing on production NOGO issues and provide inputs for further investigation or technical guidance for NOGO team
- Attend to meeting and discussions related to failure investigation / troubleshooting topics as required by product owner / production NOGO team.
- Attend to weekly reviews if required between product owner and product design team on customer return issues or production issues.
- Driving weekly product NOGO issues with production NOGO team and product owner to identify urgent issue that need attention of product owner.
- Provide updates on total anomalies/failures/investigation updates in production and/or from customer during weekly operation meeting with management team (using online tools)
- Technical liaison for local team point of contact when interacting with product design team.
- Provide investigation team inputs on any new product introduction project planning phase and implementation phase

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other similar engineering degree
- Understanding and knowledgeable in electronics design schematic and PCB layout
- Hands-on troubleshooting on PCBA level root cause investigation
- Any Display/LCD PCB, power supply PCB, IPC standard experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable/Experience in electronics design, PCB design, electrical failure analysis, PCBA failure analysis and investigation engineering are added advantage
- Knowledge in reviewing electronics component datasheet and component failure analysis are added advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words/Powerpoint/Excel)
- Proficient in using multiple electrical/electronic measurement equipment such as oscilloscope and digital multimeter (DMM)

**Other information**:

- Working Location: Changi
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
