**Your tasks**:

- Quality Management System:

- Responsible for System, Process and Product audits.
- Developing and maintaining of Quality Management System / Environmental Management System /Procedures/Inspection Instructions.
- Plan and conduct internal and external ISO/EMS/Safety/Regulatory audits.
- Collect data, prepare presentations and hold management review meetings.
- Ensure audit plans executed and periodically reviewed. Complaint Management:

- Responsible for handling and resolving customer quality issues.
- Complaints documented and maintained in the complaint handling system.
- Complaints investigation with all stakeholders and drive issues with root cause analysis, determine solutions and improvement actions until closure.
- Complaint process performances indicators are met (KPIs). Continual Improvement:

- Work with the cross functional teams to improve the process / product quality and achieve the company / departmental KPIs.
- Conduct training to employees to promote ISO/Quality awareness related topics.
- Collect, generate, monitor report and analyze quality performances (KPIs).
- Implement and drive quality initiatives and programs. Other Responsibilities:

- Perform other assignments as evolving business needs require.

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic/mechanical) or relevant qualifications in Quality Engineering.
- 5 years relevant QA and/or PCBA and Box-build manufacturing experience.
- ISO 9001 and 14001 certified as lead auditor will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of production processes.
- Good understanding of quality techniques with strong analytical ability.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software development processes.
- Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
- Independent, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Meticulous with good attention to details. Position based in Singapore. Estimated travel 10% of time, mainly between Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Singapore.
