Quality Engineer

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the quality management in the process of Product Lifecycle Management, in terms of software and hardware product development and the realization of customer projects
- Actively participate in new product development activities, provides feedback to Design Engineers and Project Managers to identify and resolve reliability risks
- Create test plans and test scenarios in compliance with international norms such as EN, IEC, ISO, MIL standards or customer specifications
- Manage and liaise with 3rd-party test houses to perform product conformance test and reliability test (safety test, EMC, environmental test). Review and validate test reports to ensure conformity to all norms and specifications
- Review hardware and software products according to predefined quality features at each quality gate
- Continuous monitoring of product performance and field failures, evaluating of failures/defect notifications/customer complaints, and identifying areas of weakness
- Work closely with cross functional groups to understand reliability failures, initiate, and track corrective measures
- Drive improvement in reliability and quality of products and technologies
- Plan and conduct product audits
- Perform other duties as assigned to respond to evolving business needs

**Your qualifications**:

- Degree in Engineering or Science (Electrical /Electronic /Mechanical /Materials /Physics) or relevant qualifications in Quality Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or R&D function in Telecommunication or similar industry
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance Standards (e.g. EN 61010, EN 61326, EN IEC 63000, EN 301 489, EN 300 440, EN 303 413) and Test Methodology
- Knowledge of EU Directives (EMC, RED, LVD, MD) and international certifications (UL, CSA)
- Basic understanding of radio frequency and EMC is a plus
- Knowledge and experience of handling test and measurement equipment.
- Certified reliability engineer is highly desired.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and data analysis methodologies required
- Ability to structure and execute complex analysis, draw insights, and communicate conclusions/recommendations to stakeholders
