The PMO Manager supports subsidiaries’ key projects which are across offered by multiple products as well as solutions. And monitors and help project management & execution and portfolio performance in the region, closely collaborating with HQ. He/she will also often run or support program governance, planning, forecasting and reporting for a specific part of the portfolio, support Sales in developing winning tenders for specific opportunities, and support the planning, execution and governance of selected delivery projects.

This role will be based in Singapore and is responsible for the South East Asia and Oceania region.

Role and Responsibilities

Program and project management- Develop project management capability within the region- Measure, monitor and support program portfolio planning, forecasting and execution- Facilitate project/program governance- Support selected projects in tender development and project planning, execution and governance- Optimize project management resources and their allocation across the programs- Support and coach project managers, perform project reviews- Closely communicate & collaborate with HQ

Leadership and people development- Lead project management to achieve budget, safety, quality and customer satisfaction goals. Identify and address competence development needs for project managers, planners, project and order admins, and quantity surveyors by- Contribute to project delivery strategic planning and decision-making to drive project management capabilities in line with the business’ overall vision and business objectives as well as offering knowledge & knowhows

Business performance- Measure and monitor project portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive actions to improve business performance- Establish and PMO budget and monitor customer service, safety, quality and financial performance to optimize resources and prioritize investments

Skills and Qualifications- At least 8 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning).- Knowledge of construction industry contracts, business practices and their management- Financial, business and process management knowledge- Basic knowledge of installation methods and site management
