The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. - Relationship management with livestream sellers; assisting them in their needs and maintaining a positive relationship
- Assist in analysing seller livestream performance data to generate meaningful insights and reports
- Monitor operational key performance indicators and identify pain points for livestream sellers and viewers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence, Marketing and Business Development as required
- Depending on capacity and capability, opportunity to support planning and execution of Big Campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11), seasonal festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas) and other major cross-category campaigns
- Assist in administrative tasks and marketing operations, including talent management scope

**Requirements**:

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance and collaborate with internal stakeholders and deliver quality work within timelines
- Strong communication and writing skills with a good command of English
- Good team player with can-do attitude and a great attitude towards learning
- An analytical and structured thinker, able to derive insights from data
- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of project and an openness to taking on new projects
- Detail-oriented
- Full-time internship applicants will be preferred
