As the expanding of business, we are looking for Livestream Host to further support the growing business needs in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
**Content Ideation & Production**
- Execute video ideas provided by the Company and ensure timely delivery of assigned creative tasks.
- Proactively conceptualize, script, and produce original videos aligned with brand identity, tone, and objectives.
- Generate short-form, long-form, and behind-the-scenes content for use on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

**Livestream Hosting & Audience Engagement**
- Act as the face and personality of the brand during livestream sessions, projecting confidence, clarity, and charisma.
- Engage viewers in real-time, answer product queries, and maintain high viewer retention throughout each session.
- Prepare detailed talking points, hooks, CTAs (calls to action), and relevant stories to drive product relevance and sales.

**Public Sentiment Reporting & Feedback Loop**
- Monitor, document, and relay audience reactions and general public sentiment to internal stakeholders.
- Flag emerging concerns, FAQs, or audience objections to improve future content and livestream strategy.

**Platform, Trend & Performance Awareness**
- Stay updated with TikTok and social media trends to inform content style and structure.
- Provide post-livestream feedback on what resonated well with viewers and suggest content improvements.Track and reflect on key performance metrics such as engagement rate, peak viewership, and conversion during livestreams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in filmmaking or film editing/design.
- Can work independently to film and edit video in short-form or vertical -first formats.
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation, videography, or social media marketing.
- Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of social media tone and digital storytelling.
- Good presentation skill in front of camera with a natural, confident and engaging manner.
- Fluent in Mandarin as you will require to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients
