**Responsibilities may include but not limited to the below**:

- Support the exploration & implementation of new technologies relevant to the future of work by collaborating effectively with colleagues across functions as well as external vendors
- Support in all HR systems-related activities including project activities
- Understand different various regional-specific regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with
- Support & contribute to initiatives to drive operational efficiency in the HR process using technology
- Support the development & deployment of people dashboards and HR metrics to provide actionable insights for KSL leaders
- Optimise and implement new data processes and systems
- Prepare reporting & analysis on HR data
- Gather functional and design requirements for implementation, enhancements, and system changes
- Conduct all testing activities for implementation, enhancements, regular system updates and proposed functional changes in the system.
- Serve as an in-house functional specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide HR Systems support as needed.
- Conducts HR systems training for end users and manages all communications relating to the system.
- Update and develop new HRIS process documentation, training and Quick Reference Guides for end users so that using HRIS will become user intuitive for the end users.
- Deliver operational excellence by always ensuring 100% data accuracy
- Drive RPA / system enhancements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field required.
- At least 8 years of related experience is required.
- Experience in implementing/supporting Cloud based HR systems-related solutions. Knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint administration.
- Ability to handle and manage a large data set and maintain data confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel knowledge, and ability to create charts and presentations. Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is preferred
- Good knowledge and understanding of HR practices and processes such as employee life cycle, payroll, and employee benefits
- Meticulous and independent worker. Ability to multi-task and still deliver quality outcomes
- Analytical, resourceful and possess great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
