**Join us as a** **Creative Lead (UI & Visual Design)**

We are seeking a talented, experienced all-round designer who will support us in creating best-in-class digital experiences and drive our branding and graphic design initiatives across the Ascenda brand and those of our global clients.

**On a normal day you would**:

- Be the principal UI designer for our clients’ digital experiences.
- Design beautiful and impactful marketing collaterals to support our own and our clients’ business needs.
- Support our sales division with high-fidelity product demos, videos and mockups.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the Ascenda brand.
- Mentor young aspiring design talents and interns.
- Be part of a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Work with some of the best minds in the fintech industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional design role, focusing on user interface and visual design.
- Must have a Bachelor of Arts, or similar.
- Mastery in **User Interface Design** and **Visual Design**, either in a leading role or has contributed in a large part to the creation and governance phase.
- Advanced understanding of design systems, component designs and style guides.
- Well versed in tools not limited to Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
- Ability to work directly with engineers when needed.
- Great aesthetic sense and detail-oriented, naturally delivering pixel-perfect designs and guiding development teams towards accurate implementation and translation of UX/UI aspects.
- Good track record of design mentorship.
- Highly collaborative team player who can operate in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and clients.
- Willing to learn and jump in where needed, expanding their role.
- Self-driven and can work autonomously and manage their own workflow.
- Able to lead client workshops and present to clients and senior stakeholders with confidence.
- Experience in Motion design will be a plus.
- Experience in UX design will be a plus.
- Currently based in Singapore.
