**Job Overview**:
You will be in charge of assisting in maintaining the various operations of a Plant nursery. Assisting in maintaining a Plant Holding and Growing nursery of approximate 2hectar.
Ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery for plants procurement, production and nurturing.
**Responsibilities**:
Plants Quality maintain
l Plants planning, production record and monitoring record
l Procurement of plants from various suppliers
l Release of products to various operations
l Logistics of materials(Fertilizer) and store goods release
l Ensure maintenance of all trees, shrubs and perennials
l Ensure plants are healthy and well cared for
l Work with inside staff and outside staff, to ensure that displays are compelling and are consistently maintained
Materials and Equipments Documentations
l Logistic of machine and maintenace supplier
l Logistics of materials(Fertilizer) and store tools release
Retails sales of walk in customers and conducting mini farm tours
l Spirulina
l Vegetables
l Plants and Services
l Brands (IMGardenmart/Spirulina Haven)
Customers Relations
l Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
l Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
l Handling complaints and feedbacks of the clients.
l Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:
l Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping, nursery or garden centre
l Passion for plants and strong plant knowledge
l Team player and excellent problem-solving skills
l Ability to work with a team or individually
l Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
l Excellent communication and people skills
l Strong organizational and time-management abilities
l Creativity and commercial awareness
l Ability to work well under pressure
l Landscape background (Horticulture / Arboriculture) would be advantageous
l A result-driven and organized individual.
l Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
l Ability to work under pressure.
l Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
