**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our plant nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of nursery workers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our plant nursery, driving growth and improvement, and maintaining a high level of expertise in horticultural practices. This includes plant propagation, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong passion for horticulture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in nursery or horticultural management, preferably with exposure to hydroculture.
  • Strong knowledge of nursery operations, including plant propagation, pest and disease management, and irrigation systems.
  • Experience in supervising and managing nursery workers.
  • Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in nursery settings.
  • Ability to prepare costings/quotations for projects.
