**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
1. Provide advice and collaborate with stakeholders to implement and review the effectiveness of HSE management system and its programs.

2. Perform follow up to ensure effective implementation of the programs and recommendations.

3. Recommend and implement actions to improve HSE performance.

4. Exploring environmental risks and opportunities to achieve sustainability.

5. Manage the manual handling and heat stress programs.

6. Support the human factors program.

7. Assist with compliance management system and manage the register for approved equipment operator, legal and regulatory license/permit.

8. Facilitate the audit program and carry out targeted audit to verify HSE compliance.

9. Perform chemical evaluation and manage the register list for chemical and waste streams.

10. Conduct compliance verification through industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring.

11. Manage HSE equipment and coordinate fit testing, hearing conservation and HSE communication survey.

12. Support the team to deliver HSE awareness information, carry out training and manage the on-line learning system.

13. Collate HSE information and data for reporting purposes.

14. Work with stakeholders to ensure validity and content relevancy of their hazard evaluation.

15. Participate in MOC/PSSR.

16. Perform assessment for hot work, confined space and work at height as needed.

2. Experience in the areas of health and environmental.

3. Good knowledge on management system and the nature of process work activities.

4. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Able to communicate and relate well with various stakeholders.

7. Good written communication skills.

8. Patient, assertive and respectful towards colleagues.

9. Able to focus and work under pressure and in a dynamic work environment.

10. Strong level of initiative and monitoring.

11. Strong level of responsibility with the ability to facilitate and ensure progression of programs to achieve the desired results.

12. Strong learning ability.

Able to work as a confined space and hot work assessor.
