Your Role:
As Regional VP Sales, SEA, India and ANZ you
will play a strategic role in driving company
revenue
growth with a particular focus on our SEA, India
and ANZ region. You will be part of a team
based in
Singapore and work closely with several other
APAC teams across SEA, such as Inside Sales,
Solutions
Consultants and Marketing team. You will be in
charge of leading, driving and acquiring new
business
which means you will have a direct impact on
our company growth.
You will manage and lead an innovative team of
8+ account executives to meet and exceed the
company's growth objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive sales e ort across entire funnel
to close new business from research to
negotiation
- Help marketing managers and executives to
achieve marketing goals
- Manage, train and coach an innovative team of
8+ account executives
- Proactively Sell Adjust platform via a
consultative approach
- Create an environment that allows team
members to improve their skills and grow their
careers through taking on increased
responsibility and adding value across the
organization
- Set and manage quarterly targets and budgets
- Collaborate closely with internal and external
stakeholders
- Attend, speak and network between
conferences and meet-ups to promote the
Adjust platform
What You bring:
- Proven sales experience with strong selling,
competitive objection handling, and negotiation
skills with the ability to close deals and
contribute to revenue growth
- Proven leadership and management skills that
work well in an collaborative team rst setup
- 10+ years of team management experience in
a similar eld
- Industry knowledge and experience in SaaS
Software sales and mobile advertising
- A data-driven approach to manage the team
and pipeline
- Proven track record of consistently
meeting/exceeding targets
sales tools e.g. SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales
Navigator,
LeadIQ, etc to manage accounts, contacts, and
opportunities throughout the sales process
- Enthusiastic about technology, ,able to
understand and present complex technical
concepts in a clear and concise manner to a
variety of audiences
advertisement agencies / networks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English is a
must
