Castlery is looking for a **Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager** to join our **People & Culture Department.**

As our **TA Manager**, you will take ownership in becoming business teams' talent partner by deeply understanding their needs and finding the exceptional people who are technically solid, culturally fit, and motivationally aligned to join us in this journey.
This role will oversee Castlery's talent acquisition to meet the business needs, and reinforcing our culture. We are looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver who's able to transition the TA team to become Talent Partners of our business teams. This role will report to our Senior People Manager. The job responsibilities are as per below.
**What you will be doing**
- Work with department heads and senior managers to plan evolving organizational needs, hiring plans, and talent acquisition strategies
- Source, map, and develop social engagement for talent pools; identify and hire the best talent available for our current stage of growth
- Lead the TA team to be Talent Partners, working closely with hiring managers to identify, forecast and fill up capability gaps and build A-teams to drive performance, retention, and culture
- Mentor and develop the small but elite TA team to provide high quality TA services to our global employees and facilitating regular training and other mechanisms for our TA team to grow and operate frictionlessly as we continue to scale
- Lead employer branding initiatives and make Castlery the employer of choice in key markets
**What you'll need**
- Being fanatic in knowing and working with the best talents in retail industry
- Experienced in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth scale-up company with global exposure and mindset
- Proven expertise in rapidly scaling a business through recruitment and integration of new talent into existing teams
- Prior experiences in retail, eCommerce brands, leadership roles hiring is a plus
- Experienced in talent mapping and employer branding
- Experienced in talent partnering with business leaders in a complex and fast-paced business setting in high growth mode
- Demonstrated capability in managing a TA team with passion in coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong business background, acumen and curiosity
- Problem solver and track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives
