
HR and Administrative Officer

Are you a skilled professional looking for a new opportunity in the field of Human Resource in the M&E or Construction Sector? Our Employment Agency is currently working with a leading company with over 30 years in this industry to help them find top talent to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the General Manager on all HR matters, including recruitment, termination, and liaison with manpower agencies
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including publishing job advertisements on various platforms
- Plan and coordinate employee training, including scheduling and registration
- Manage employee probation and promotion processes
- Maintain and update HR database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager
**Qualifications & Other Requirements**:
- Higher NITEC or Higher in Business Management or Human Resource Management
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates/ORD-ed personnel are welcomed to apply
