This is an exciting role with a Professional Association dedicated to develop risk management as a profession and provide a platform for Risk & Insurance professionals to connect You will be playing a key role in enhancing our relationship with the regional publications in the risk management and insurance industry, develop new relations with local publications whilst maintaining relations of existing partners driving engagement.

External Communications - Media
- Manage & execute company’s public relations efforts, corporate communications, external publicity through editorials, events, market and media research.
- Write, edit, and review all media content and press releases
- Strategize and translate brand and key messages into compelling stories and thought leadership pieces.
- Identify external opportunities and platforms to strategically deploy publicity efforts.
- Build and maintain a strong and harmonious relationship with global and regional key media to continuously improve and maximise the public relations coverage/brand awareness.
- Prepare media kits for flagship conferences Support media management. Initiate, assist and oversee communication materials including but not limited to press releases, press kit, speeches, interviews, responses, talking points and fact sheets

Partnership Management
- Enhance partnership with regional publications and existing partners
- Develop new and relevant partnerships with local publications

Editorial/Copywriting
- Review communication materials & translations, where required, including but not limited to text speeches, high level presentations/conference materials, product marketing materials and invites
- Deliver relevant thought-leadership stories and insights to targeted audiences

Conferences
- Coordinate in terms of producing speeches/talking points, reviewing visual aids/printed materials, logistics, media briefing, managing media invites etc., when required.

Special Projects
- Collaborate with team to create promotional content
- Explore creative communications strategies to reach different market
- Prepare media monitoring updates, analysis and reporting on monthly, yearly, and as and when required
- Take on internal projects as necessary

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to learn and higly motivated self-starter
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
