Position**:TEMP** **Executive Assistant**

Department: Corp D

To support the Corporate Development team in driving strategic development, partnerships, and organisational development initiatives in IMH.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of the IMH Work Plan Seminar, and related strategic retreats.
- Development of minutes of strategic and senior leadership meetings, and support of other secretariat-related work (including organisation of such meetings).
- Creation of strategic communication materials.
- Facilitation of Organisational Development initiatives.
- Able to commit working till end of contract. Please indicate travel plans (if any).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- GCE ‘A’ Level or Diploma holder
