**What the role is**
- DEPUTY / ASST MANAGER, COLLECTIONS, RECEIVABLES & REFUNDS (9-MTH TEMP CONTRACT)

**What you will be working on**
- You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the prompt and accurate revenue recognition of the organisation while driving process improvement in the team through the use of automation. You will oversee the daily financial operations of revenue billing, settlement and reconciliation. As the process owner, you will take charge and formulate standard operation procedures for compliance within a robust control environment. In addition, you will participate in system and process improvement initiatives/projects to achieve operational efficiency. To this end, you would conduct user requirements, review proposed solution, participate in user acceptance test (UAT) and ensure test results are in accordance with operational requirements. Beyond these, you will be assigned to project work, attend to stakeholders’ queries, support change management activities and provide updates to management on project status.

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Accountancy, Finance - At least 3 years’ experience in a finance/accounting environment with experience running Finance Operations - Experience in SAP system will be advantageous - Meticulous, resourceful, analytical, and able to think out of the box - Able to work independently and perform under pressure and tight timelines - Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented
