**Main Job Focus**:
Incoming stock check
After redressing stock check
Quality assurance check before stocks are returned to saleable location
Cold chain products temperature check before release to sales
Quarantine stocks management

**Responsibilities**:
Check local regulatory requirements of products according to local regulations
Perform incoming checklist according to principal's requirements
Evaluate the need to send the products for redressing to meet the local regulatory requirements
After products have been redressed, confirm that the products can be bin into saleable location based on compliance to local requirements
Perform Quality Assurance check on returned products to be put back to saleable warehouse from the Return warehouse as required
Perform Quality Assurance check on cold chain direct rejects to be put back to saleable locations in the cold store
Download temperature monitoring devices (if required) and send the information to the appointed QA in principal's office
Evaluate the temperature data and release the cold chain products into market if authorization is given by principal for QA to perform the release activity
Complete the cold chain checklist and ensure that release to sales of the cold chain products is adequately endorsed as required on the document
Ensure all products placed under quarantine due to product quality issue are properly managed both physically and into system
Comply with ISO procedures and GDP requirements
Any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and follow-up skills
