We are looking for a **Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer**to join our tech-driven team in ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions.

You will be responsible for designing and executing quality assurance tests, uncovering software issues before deployment and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and development processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine smoke tests on production builds to maintain system integrity and identify early-stage issues.
- Log, track and communicate test results clearly, including documenting bugs with detailed replication steps and screenshots.
- Align testing activities with sprint priorities and delivery timelines to support agile development cycles.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to develop thorough and effective test plans and cases.
- Assist in reproducing, analyzing and validating reported issues and work with developers on potential solutions.
- Maintain clear QA documentation, including test scripts, issue logs and user scenarios.
- Support ad hoc QA activities, including exploratory testing, system integration tests and process optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline
- Experience with test automation tools or scripting is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to create clear, structured and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and troubleshoot subtle issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and confident in sharing observations and feedback.
