As the QA Engineer (Senior / Lead) in the Product & Engineering team, you are responsible for the overall quality assurance (QA) strategy, the development and execution of exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

**As a QA Engineer (Senior / Lead), you will**:

- Own the overall quality assurance strategy and the test automation plan
- Be responsible for end-to-end test and release of new features with the best quality possible right at the start of the implementation phase
- Have in-depth understanding of the automation framework and be able to perform functional, regression, integration and performance testing for mobile UI and backend API to ensure software meets quality standards
- Have a good understanding of the product/features from the end-user point of view and also the underlying implementation.
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering team to understand the features and the implementation to derive and execute feature tests right as well as impacted feature test cases.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and automation testing

**You should have**:

- At least 3+ years of working experience performing software-related testing, with proven leadership experiences
- Experience in performance testing, automation framework design and implementation
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Familiar with at least one programming language
- Python, Ruby, or Java
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an ambiguous, low control yet fast paced startup environment

Those with more years of experiences will be considered for Senior QA Engineer or Lead QA Engineer role.
