Right now, they are seeking a **Vice President, Human Resources**to lead their strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This person will serve as a key HR leader, driving talent acquisition, workforce strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation. This role requires expertise in financial services HR practices, regulatory compliance, and culture transformation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Leadership**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational culture and workforce planning.
- Lead **HR transformation initiatives**, including digital HR solutions and process automation.

**Talent Management & Organizational Development**:

- Oversee **talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning**.
- Implement **performance management frameworks**that drive a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute **employee engagement and retention**strategies.

**HR Compliance & Employee Relations**:

- Ensure HR policies align with **financial industry regulations and labor laws**.
- Manage complex **employee relations, investigations, and compliance reporting**.
- Champion **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives**across the firm.

**Compensation, Benefits & HR Analytics**:

- Work with finance and HR teams to develop **competitive compensation and benefits structures**.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to drive workforce decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of **HR technology solutions**for better efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree**in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **At least 10+ years of HR leadership experience**, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within **financial services**.
- Expertise in **talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development**.
- Strong knowledge of **financial industry labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements**.
- Experience driving **HR digital transformation and culture change initiatives**.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- **HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent)**are a plus.
