Job Title: Vice President of Resource Management

Are you a strategic thinker with experience in managing resources and budget?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Vice President of Resource Management. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the resource and fund budget, prioritizing allocated budget to support activities and operations within the Air Manpower Office (AMPO) and its sub-entities.



Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and manage resource and fund budget
  2. Manage prioritization of allocated budget
  3. Support budget allocation for AMPO sub-entities
  4. Facilitate implementation of finance processes according to prevailing guidelines
  5. Oversee execution of finance transactions
  6. Ensure proper and prudent use of public funds
  7. Monitor budget utilization and compliance


Qualifications:
  • Educated in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or Engineering is preferred
  • At least 6 years of working experience in relevant fields
  • Meticulous and analytical approach to work
  • Strategic thinking capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
