**Vice President (Human Resources)**
Browzwear is the leading provider of 3D fashion design, development, and merchandising solutions. Our mission is to revolutionize the apparel industry with our truly disruptive 3D technology, providing the exact tools needed to exploit the extensive opportunities in the market to achieve that goal. We work with some of the biggest and most well-known global companies in the industry.

We are looking for a full time Vice President - Human Resources to join the team.

The Vice President (Human Resources) will focus on strengthening the alignment between business priorities and organizational strategy (structure, processes, systems, culture) along with senior executives within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders across geographical regions (Southeast Asia, South Asia, Greater China, USA, Europe and Israel) and provide insight into strategic initiatives.
- Lead a team of 6 HR Business Partners for continuous HR operational efficiency
- Diagnose business needs and delivering appropriate solutions by providing consultation, coaching and facilitation
- Act as a change management specialist to assess, define, and drive activities to establish organizational effectiveness and sustain culture change
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies
- Partner business units to design and deliver talent assessment, training and development programs
- Keep abreast of internal and external organizational effectiveness best practices
- Provide insightful perspectives and global trend analyses that pre-empt and capitalise on opportunities and serve to navigate risks and systemic complexities.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and in interpreting employee survey results to create tools to drive positive change
- Technology optimisation: Collaborate with technology partners in developing solutions that scale strategic workforce transformation

**Experience required**:

- A successful track record in designing and implementing practical solutions to address organizational and human capital development needs within organisations or in consulting firms
- Possess knowledge of HR and OD concepts, have experience managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization
- Experience in SaaS industry as well as matrixed and multinational organizations is advantageous
- A degree/major in human resource management, organizational development, organisational psychology is advantageous
