- Shipment Handling, booking, documentation and data entry
- Handling of shipping instructions, overseas agents and contractors
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipments
- Provide customer service and invoicing to customers
- Ensure smooth flow of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Liaise with hauilers / freight forwarders on import / export shipments
- Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ‘O’ level or Nitec in Logistics
- Proficient in MS office
- At least 1 years of working experience in related field
- Able to commit OT as and when required
